Molini Di Triora

Molini di Triora is the village of the twenty-three watermills, with its fifteenth century origin baroque parish church and the sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Montà (both churches preserve paintings of remarkable value). Here, every year in September, vacationers from the coast, converge for a meeting of great gastronomy, the "sagra delle lumache" (the snail festival). Also worthy of being visited, are the neighboring hamlets of Andagna and Corte. The mountain ridge village of Triora is foreshadowed and announced by the small church of San Bernardino, of the XVI century, with its rebuilt rustic portico and a cycle of late fifteenth century frescoes in its interior.
